How to buy my items!

How to buy my items(MUST FOLLOW AND READ ALL RULES):

1) I will be selling my items individually and together.
 Basically the more you buy the cheaper each item will be

2) The gold to initiate each sale can and may not be out of your pocket 
I will sell each item at minimum gold price guaranteed. 

To elaborate, when you buy the items, 
I can return the gold back to you if you'd like. 
 I will not be giving back tax gold.
BUT
If you allow me to keep the gold(if I want to keep it), 
you are allowed a free item within reason
 or a cash back(like a $5 discount)

3) I am not liable for lost items or anything with suspension.
 If anything interferes with our trade,
 I will not be giving refunds or reimbursement. 

4) I will not be doing business with you unless you give me the money first.
 If you choose not to trust me, it is your loss.

5) I am a very fair person. You may haggle with me. 
I am basing my prices off of average listing of other people. 
If you fail to follow the rules, I will not do business with you
 along with other consequences.
